Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane

Traditional Yoga that can be practiced by everyone

Our classes include relaxation, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and self-inquiry meditation. Our aim is to give people the tools to find peace, health and happiness within themselves. Our Brisbane studio is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Newstead, just moments away from Gasworks, James Street Market and Emporium.

Join our Term4 6wk Yoga and Meditation Courses. The Beginners Yoga Course on Wednesdays is suitable for all without any prior experience, preparing you gently with preparatory postures for classical asanas! The Meditation Course using concentration and visualisation techniques to experience Inner Freedom is suitable for all, who would like to start or deepen their meditation practice.
