Practice authentic, first hand yoga in a light filled peaceful urban oasis. Classes begin with relaxation and deep breathing and finish with pranayam and self-enquiry meditation. If it's traditional 'real' Yoga that offers peace of mind and inner development then our Ashram is for you.

We offer a range of regular yoga classes and meditation courses to suit all levels, from beginner to advanced. Speciality Yoga programs; philosophy, chakra workshops, vegetarian cooking are also regularly scheduled.
