Hailed as 'The Master System of Yoga', Yoga in Daily Life offers a systemised, progressive approach to yoga practice.


We practice authentic, traditional yoga: our classes include asanas (postures), self-enquiry meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga nidra and relaxation. We offer a range of regular yoga classes and meditation courses to suit all levels, from beginner to advanced.


Our light-filled Newstead studio is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Brisbane, just moments away from James Street Markets, the Emporium and Gasworks. Join us for yoga and meditation in one of our two practice halls, and stay for a chat and cup of tea in our tranquil garden or cosy sitting area.

Our Brisbane ashram is a place where you can retreat to your inner self, and discover how yoga’s ancient wisdom can help you restore a natural state of balance in your daily life.
